Merger Information and FAQ

We have received numerous concerns from patients that the The Sheldon Practice is closing down.  We would like to assure you that the practice is NOT closing .  The location and management will remain the same.

The Sheldon Practice and The Stag Holyrood Surgery have merged to make a large practice and will be called Jai Medical Centre (Brent)

Both location former The Sheldon Practice will remain open and patients can be seen there and also the former Stag Holyrood location will remain open.  The same doctors and staff will remain.
