Access Services Over Christmas

This Winter we are keen to ensure that all our patients are confident with where they can access Primary Care services. Below we have some guidance to help support you during this time.

Accessing Primary Care
If you cannot get an appointment at your own GP practice, please ask the receptionist for a GP Access Hub appointment

  • Your GP Practice will book the appointment for you or you can book an appointment by calling 111
  • You can phone NHS111 if you have an urgent medical need
  • You can also book an eConsultation with a GP by completing form online.  You will receive a resonse by the next working day.

Dental Services:

If you are in need of urgent dental care, please call 111. This service will be able to triage and then direct you to the closest and most appropriate care provider.
if you urgently need medical help or advice but it’s not a life-threatening situation. NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 111 can direct you to the right local service, including out-of-hours GP services, out-of-hours dentists and the GP extended access service.
